Blending/ Mixing
V-Shell Blenders are commonly used
in pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Food industries
to mix dried powder and granules. It consists of two
V-Shells of different or same altitudes, and through
mechanical transmission, the materials in these
shells are made to move back and forth, crossed over
and rotating 360° to achieve uniform mixing. The
V-Shell Blenders are rugged in designed and
construction, made from 304 S.S. (optional 316L)
mirror polished inner and outer shell to meet cGMP
Standard. Heavy duty industrial ABB Motors & Drives
are used for the V-Shell and intensifier bar. Also
available are OMRON Safety Sensor Gates as well as
Variable Speed Control on V-Shell and I-Bar.
