Capsule Filling Machine contains a horizontal
closure system that allows for capsules to be closed
securely and avoid leakage of product during the
closing process.
* The LF-10 is designed to fill liquids in two-piece
hard gelatin or vegetable-based capsules.
* This machine will fill products with viscosities
of 100 to 1,000 cps using an eight-liter, heated
stainless steel hopper.
* Specifically engineered size change components
ensure that change-over times are kept to a minimum.
* Manufactured to meet cGMP
* Production capacity ranging from 10,000 to 25,000
capsules per hour, depending on capsule size and
formulation.
