TWIN-PACK Semiautomatic Blister Machine

Produces thermoformed blister packs. The system operates manually by pulling the upper lever down. The system requires two setups, one for forming and one for sealing. The cutting operation occurs when the sealing takes place.

The new TWINPACK has two stations, which processes two blisters per stroke:

• Hot station for thermoforming and thermosealing/coding

• Cold station for cutting blisters after thermosealing / coding.

The double station is an advantage of the Twin-Pack, the cutting can begin immediately after sealing operation has completed.
With Twin-Pack, the operator may perform the operation of thermoforming, sealing/codification and die cutting.

• The machine operates with pre-cut PVC and

• The control panel to regulate time and temperature is extremely simple and easy to use
