4M8 High Sheer Mixer Granulator
The
4M8-Granulator is a lab high
shear mixer granulator for a batch capacity from
100
till 700 g. in2 different bowl
capacities. The Jacketed process vessels are used
for melt granulation and pelletisation.
Set-Up:
* Variable speed mixer and chopper
* Mixer torque (%)
* Glass process vessel for 300-700
gr./batch and/or vessel set for 100-200 gr./batch
* Liquid dosing system
* Product temperature measurement
* Critical process data: mixer
torque (%), product temperature, mixer and chopper
speed, liquid dosing speed/volume
* Controls: by a "touch" panel
control with real-time trends of all process
critical data on screen. An Excel batch report is
saved on a solid-state memory and can be exported
through a USB flash memory stick to any PC
